MEDIA & TESTIMONIAL RELEASE WAIVER
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION , the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, I, the undersigned, grant to Accelerated Strategies, LLC. DBA: Accelerated Banking, its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, representatives, employees, and any third party acting under the authority or permission of Accelerated Banking (collectively referred to as the "Company"), the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to:
- Use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, distribute, and display my likeness, voice, and/or image as captured during the video interview(s) or through any photographic, audio, digital, or other means currently known or hereafter developed;
- Use my name, likeness, personal information, and biographical material in connection with the recordings;
- Create derivative works from such recordings;
- When given consent, Use, and permit to use, my name, likeness, voice, and image in any media, including but not limited to, video recordings, photographs, websites, podcasts, promotional materials, publications, advertisements, and any related promotional or marketing materials; and
- When given consent, Display, broadcast, distribute, and promote these materials in all markets and media formats and channels, whether now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, publicity, or other promotional purposes.
I understand that the Company holds all rights to the recordings, images, and materials produced with and/or containing my likeness, voice, and/or image. I agree that I have no rights to these recordings, images, and materials, nor to any benefits derived from them. I further release and relieve the Company from any liabilities, known or unknown, arising out of the use of this material.
I acknowledge that the express statements and/or implied statements that I have made on a video or a photographic image are factual and true. In the event that the company requests evidence and substantiation of such claims, I will cooperate and comply within a reasonable period of time.
I acknowledge that I have no right to inspect or approve the finished product or products and the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in connection with them or the use to which they may be applied.
This release shall be binding upon me, and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. I represent that I am over the age of eighteen (18) years and that I have read the foregoing and fully understand its contents. This release shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state in which the Company is located.
